One of the best parts about martial arts is that one can start enjoying the benefits at a very young age.  One is never too young to begin to develop speed, strength, agility, gross & fine motor skills, flexibility, and balance.  These classes are an introduction to martial arts training that will emphasize the physicality of the arts as well as learning things like following rules, waiting your turn, following instructions, developing focus, and working with others.  This is all done in a very fun, encouraging environment where the children have a blast while they are learning.  This is a Parent & Me class where participation from an adult may be required (depending upon the maturity of the child).  We suggest at least 2 classes per week.
