This express 45 minute class was designed for the busy parent who wants to learn the highly effective techniques of the martial arts, get in shape, and not have to go through the rigors of a traditional martial arts program, all in a short time.  It is both a great workout and a class where real skills will be developed for people who are not interested in competition or some of the more traditional aspects of martial arts like uniforms, belts, etc.  It meets 3 times per week:  Mon, Wed, & Fri at 5pm.
