Parent + Me Jiujitsu
We are proud to offer martial arts classes for ALL ages! The Parent and Me Jiu Jitsu Class is the perfect way to move and play with your little one, and get them familiar with the training environment!

Let Jiujitsu be a part of their routine and your time to bond.
Class is 30min leaving plenty of time to play, warm up, learn, and get that energy out… without surpassing their attention span.

If you are worried you little one won’t be able to focus or follow directions… Not to worry! We designed this class to be FUN and allow plenty of room for kids to do their own thing, even if that means running around or sitting on the side. In times kids engage and explore, and we support them to go at their own pace.

If mom or dad, or a brother or sister have a membership at SubForce, this class is included for FREE!

For friends and those of you who are not members at SubForce, the drop in rate is just $20 per child, and parents participation is included in that fee.

What should we wear?… Wear whatever feels comfortable and allows you both to move.
