I learned useful techniques even as a black belt.

The best jiu-jitsu school in the area.  The level of instruction given by Marcos and Abe, is highly detailed and comprehensive starting with the basics for the beginner, and as you evolve, more details are added as well as variations and new techniques.  They are also very good competitors, and still active in the competition scene, which makes them great coaches that fully understand the psychology of competition, and can walk you through a match knowing your skill level.  So if you’re new to the Lyndhurst area, and are looking for a school to begin your jiu-jitsu journey, look no further.  You have found SubForce, and great instructors and teammates.
